Job Summary:


Location:

1001 Queen Street W, Toronto, ON M6J 1H4.


Employment:

Part-time (Monday to Friday)


Hours:

10:00am - 2:00pm


Compensation:

Hourly $17.00/hr


Qualifications:


SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

- _General knowledge of computers / cellular devices_
- _Valid G license with clean drivers abstract, and ability to provide abstract at time of hire_
- _Strong computer skills must have experience with Window; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word_
- _Must have excellent communication skills_
- _Fluent in English_
- _Excellent customer service skills_
- _Ability to operate independently as well as in a team_

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

- _Review and understand daily scheduled routes prior to dispatching for shift_
- _Respond directly to client requests for enforcement in a swift and timely manner, communicate with client to confirm receipt and debrief once call has been attended to_
- _Inspect vehicle & required devices prior to departing for shift; report any issues to manager immediately_
- _Follow procedures regarding log sheets/ recording site visits_
- _Carefully check expiration date/ time of parking receipts displayed on dashboards, as well as approved hangtags where applicable_
- _Run plates through enforcement software at applicable sites to confirm registration_
- _Ensure accuracy in issuing infractions (correct information on ticket)_
- _Ensure devices are returned as they were taken, and placed back on charging units for next shifts_
- _Arranging towing of vehicles where applicable, under By-Law regulations_
- _Ability to work outdoors, within a sheltered garage environment_
- _Mandatory health & safety training required to be completed upon hire_
- _Other duties as assigned_
