About the Job:

Cyderes is looking for a strong Financial Analyst (SFA) to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding Cybersecurity industry.

The FA will be responsible for preparing reports for business partners/stakeholders across the organization to "explain the story behind the numbers".

Reporting to the Manager FP&A, the SFA will have wide exposure to various facets of the business and special projects across the organization, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare material, reports, and adhoc analysis to be presented to the highest levels of the organization
  • Assist in creation of financial reporting in a manner clear to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Conduct basic adhoc analysis to address concerns or answers queries generated by management
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
  • Distribute standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
  • Assist in the execution of special projects within Finance
  • Assist in implementing initiatives within finance to create efficiencies, improve reporting, incorporate automation/best practices

Requirements:


  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Selfstarter with the ability to deliver high quality work with mínimal supervision
  • Financial acumen with the ability to communicate to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems considered an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills,
  • Self motivated and driven, ability to challenge the status quo
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
