What you ll be doing:

Perform building patrols
Provide excellent customer service to everyone on the property
Exercise powers of arrest in accordance with locals laws and company procedures
Work closely with law enforcement (gain experience for a future career in Emergency Services)
Assist visitors, guests and the retail employees with respect to safety, requests for directions, escorts, package transportation, lost vehicles, etc.
Write daily and incident reports
Intervene during medical emergencies and provide first aid
Be prepared to respond to situations of crime, urgency and disturbance occurring at the mall
