- $50,000 base. $80,000-100,000 OTE.

What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a

full-time Outbound Sales Development Representative who will be focused on

generating qualified leads for our Account Executives. You will be reaching out to multi-location restaurants that would benefit from using Cuboh.

Here's how you'll be making an impact:

  • Bring 25 years of SDR experience
  • Working with our Account Executives to close opportunities
  • Lead our outbound efforts and help build out our SDR team

What your first year at Cuboh might look like:

  • Within your 1st month, you'll...
  • Get acquainted with the team, processes and tools
  • Dive into our product and KPIs: ~100 daily calls, 10 prospected daily qualified accounts, book 5 monthly demos
  • Within your 6th month, you'll
  • Be booking 5 qualified demos every month
  • Consistently hit 100 daily calls
  • Prospect accounts through our restaurant target list
  • Within your 1st year, you'll
  • Document your process: what makes us successful and what doesn't
  • Help us hire and lead our first SDR team (2 more people)
  • Train and ramp up new SDR hires

  • A third and final interview is held with a member of our leadership team and cross-functional team members.
