    The Temporary Employment Services Agency (TESA) plays a crucial role in helping The City of Calgary address it's ongoing short term temporary work needs. Joining TESA means becoming an integral part of our internal team, providing temporary support across various departments and business units within the organization. In this role, you will take on short term assignments of varying length, ranging from one day to three months, at various City work locations.

    We are looking for individuals with diverse skills, educational backgrounds and work experiences for short term temporary work in exciting and challenging assignments. Assignments can include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support and reception.
  • Clerical, data entry and records management.
  • Customer service.
  • Financial, accounting and legal services.
  • Purchasing, warehouse and inventory clerks.
  • Qualifications
  • A High School diploma or equivalency ( GED) and at least 2 years of directly related experience is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and One Drive will be considered an asset.
  • A completed certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent) will also be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Content Server/Livelink, Physical Objects, PeopleSoft and SAP will be an asset.
