Transcona Trailer Sales is looking for a full time service advisor to join our team. We are celebrating our 60 years in business this year. We are a dealer for Forest River RV's and Arctic Cat Powersport products.The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Contacting customers to make them aware of the status of their service work.
- Obtaining customer approval for any additional work that is required.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Open work orders and verify if there are any outstanding service bulletins on the unit.
- Schedule work to the technicians.
- Responsible for the technicians time management and efficiency.
- Responsible for ordering parts.
- Prepare customer work orders and accept payments.
- Responsible for MPI claims.
Qualifications:
- Team Player.
- Proven excellent customer service.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to multi task.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Professional appearance.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour
