    :

    The TikTok Monetization Legal Team provides key support for all of TikTok's monetization initiatives, ad products, and integrated platforms servicing our revenue-generating businesses.

    Our legal team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright, and capable legal professionals to join us. ResponsibilitiesThe following describes the responsibilities and requirements for the role. - Serve as a dedicated legal advisor for the Ad Sales team.

    - Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of a range of ad sales transactions, including advertising agreements, insertion orders, sales partnership agreements, campaign agreements, and other commercial agreements related to the company's ad sales business.

    - Build trust and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders. - Partner with a range of cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives supporting the ad sales business goals. - Build and develop, workflows, templates, trainings, process improvements, and internal and external facing policies. - Assist with general transactions and other commercial legal matters as needed.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree plus a Juris Doctorate from a top-tier accredited . or Canadian law school.
    • Active membership in at least one provincial bar and holding a license or the ability to be licensed in New York, California, Washington, or Texas. – 2+ years of post-qualification experience, with digital advertising industry experience preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of commercial and technology relevant laws and policies.
    • Highly organized and able to navigate a fastpaced environment and be highly responsive to deadlineoriented clients.
    • Must be a pragmatic, businessoriented problem solver who is driven to do better than the status quo.
