Responsibilities
- Safely operate maintain monitor essential building systems ensuring compliance with operator regulations
- Perform general building maintenance tasks including light carpentry painting plumbing repairs minor fixes
- Maintain accurate records for facility utility activities regulatory inspections audits
- Collaborate analyze root causes implement corrective actions on utility downtime
