We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at Michipicoten, an Canada owned company that has been in operation for 8 years.

Responsibilities:

Auditing and refining live chat interactions to ensure that our customer service standards are being met
Creating and managing rosters to ensure sufficient coverage of the live chat service
Processing payroll for live chat team members
Identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing solutions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, online customer support roles would be advantageous.
Strong written communication and computer skills.
A fast and effective learner.
High attention to detail.
