Position Details:


What You Will Do:


  • Establish the vendor management strategy for the claims function and lead a team of vendor management professionals to deliver against this strategy
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders and Quality Assurance, lead the development of Quality Assurance reviews and key performance dashboards that measure performance across various indicators
  • Prepare reports to management that accurately reflect key performance indicators including but not limited to contract status, vendor performance and vendor capacity
  • Manage Vendor Managers including hiring, performance management and day to day support of the team

Who You Are:


  • 57 years of Vendor Management in a cross functional environment & People Leadership
  • Detailed understanding of contract terms, monitoring activities, and required due diligence
  • Ability to communicate and articulate vendor performance issues and due diligence items to appropriate parties both internally and externally
  • Postsecondary education completed in a related field
  • Ability to act independently and support business partners through issue resolution process with suppliers
