About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced drivers to work in various locations throughout Western and Northern Canada. As a Class 1 Roamer, you will cover different driving positions on a weekly basis, ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cover driver shortages in line haul (LCV) or pick up and delivery (tractor & trailer or body job)
- Avoidance of significant regional time commitments by being willing to travel for short periods
Territory Requirements - The position offers flexible working arrangements with bookings generally one week at a time in various location within the company’s Canadian western region.
The key responsibilities include covering vacant postings resulting from absent employee absences during that period of booking selection , but usually we can base things locally.
