Located in Nisku, Alberta, ADESA Edmonton is one of OPENLANE Canada's 14 wholesale vehicle auctions that are located across Canada, and the employer of choice in the Canadian automotive remarketing industry.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor the Dispatcher coordinates and organizes daily trips and assigns drivers for pickup or delivery of vehicles.
Completes all relevant paperwork to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle pickup and delivery
Assists with staffing which includes the recruiting of new staff, training, performance management, health and safety, etc.
Ensure all company vehicles are in safe operating condition by scheduling regular maintenance and performing weekly checks
Assists in Sale Day activities, as directed
Other duties as assigned

Educational/Experience Requirements- High School Diploma- 1-3 years previous related experience- Valid driver's license- Must possess excellent customer service skills- Team player with exceptional communication skills A self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks- Criminal Record Check completed and cleared by ADESA is mandatory
