What is the role?

  • Supervise Inside Sales Team.
  • Organize and coordinate Electrical Estimators' schedules.
  • Primary point of contact for all estimator team questions or concerns.
  • Assist Leadership Team in recruitment, hiring, and training of new Electrical Estimators.
  • Work with sales team when closing proposal requests.
  • Attend project review meetings as required.

Why You?

You have:

  • A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Worked in customer service or sales for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Supervised a team to drive for results.
  • Great initiative.
  • Spent a minimum of 5 years in the power systems industry, familiar with, for example, single line drawings, breaker retrofits and switchboard modifications.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm, and you enjoy building excellent customer and coworker relationships.
  • Excellent competence with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar tools.

Salary:
$59,337.72-$95,738.57 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
