We are currently seeking a full-time
Assistant
Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction and loyalty, through the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Hotel.

Following Delta brand standards and proper cleaning techniques ensures a memorable stay for our guests.

This position requires the ability to work a varied schedule that can have varied start and end times as well as days, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading the performance of all Housekeeping Associates and general cleaning of the Hotel

They will:

Be a strongminded individual who is confident and skilled to take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior, and work practices.
Lead daily operations of the Housekeeping department and ensure the Housekeeping team consistently delivers an efficient, warm and courteous service to guests.
Ensure departmental compliance and assist with establishing and implementing appropriate department policies and procedures.
Display a "Count on Me" attitude in all tasks and interactions with guests and associates is the foundation to establishing a strong united Housekeeping team.
Assistat with preperation of weekly payroll.
Respond promptly to guest concerns and lost and found inquires.
Liaise with other Hotel departments.
Assist with administrative duties.
