Description
A career as a
relationship advisor in the Customer Experience and Data Valorization team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in relationship marketing and customer engagement.
It is through your experience in
targeted communications, customer engagement and support, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns that you have a positive impact on the
client's experience with National Bank.
Your job:
- Make sure to take needs within the different lines of business, ask questions, make sure to understand their reality and issues.
- Propose relationship marketing strategies to engage customers who own banking products and contribute to the achievement of related business objectives.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of relationship marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance, socialize results, recommendations, highlights, risks and issues, as well as their impacts.
- Actively participate in related working groups as a relationship marketing expert
- Maintain constant and proactive communication with our partners in order to fully understand the reality on the ground and the impacts in order to quickly adjust strategies as needed.
Your team:
Within the
customer experience and data valorization sector, you are part of a team of
6 colleagues, and you report to
the Marketing Director, Customer Engagement.

All ideas are good- Required level of academic experience Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or similar discipline
- Experience in relationship, personalized and digital marketing
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to translate business objectives into measurable and quantifiable marketing objectives
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to continuously optimize existing processes
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic: autonomy, proactivity, organization and rigor
- Knowledge of banking (an asset)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
