We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kitchener, ON. This is an exciting and challenging position in a growth-oriented organization.

What you will do:


  • Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences
  • General maintenance and painting
  • Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.
  • Refinishing of floors including handling of sanding equipment
  • Oncall rotation required
  • Snow removal during winter months
  • All other duties as required

What you will bring:


  • 35 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and also under mínimal supervision
  • Effective, proven skills and experience
  • Renovations experience is considered an asset
  • Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
