We are currently hiring a Maintenance Lead for our Princeton client.

As the Maintenance Lead you will need to be Team oriented, a problem solver and able to act quickly in a fast paced environment.

Shift:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Long term full time position
Three to five years maintenance experience at the managerial level.
Experienced in a factory environment and/or equivalent.
Flexible in hours to support divisional and/or customer demands.
Certified Millwright and/or Electrician an asset.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and initiate appropriate actions.
# Ensure all machinery is repaired in a timely manner emphasizing up-time and follow-up to completion per key performance indicators assigned.
# Establish and maintain an existing preventative maintenance program on all existing equipment as well as any new equipment received utilizing FIIX software.
# Ensure adequate spare parts and supplies are available to affect swift and immediate repair to current production machinery.
# Dispose of obsolete maintenance, supplier & spare parts in a timely manner to maintain maintenance area organization/cleanliness.
# Maintain an asset database/file for each piece of current production equipment.
# Promote safety and safe working habits throughout the plant.
# Complete new asset checklists in a timely manner for new equipment.
# Research and offer recommendations for purchases of new production related equipment.
# Providing adequate training for employees in specific work tasks to help reduce or eliminate the risk of workplace injuries.
Monitor and appraise the performance of staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Provide support to engineering and management on special projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental policies.
