• Install, repair, or replace roofs using materials such as asphalt, wood, or metal
• Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit
• Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary maintenance
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on time
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times
• Clean and prepare work sites

• Experience in roofing, carpentry, or a related field
• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• Proficiency in blueprint reading is a plus
• Strong physical condition to handle heavy lifting and strenuous tasks
• Knowledge of caulking techniques is beneficial
• Previous experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is advantageous

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
