Position Description:

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the acquisition and inventory of vehicles and equipment
  • Develop and maintain the fleet replacement schedule and budget for procurement and disposal of fleet assets
  • Liaise with our Fleet Management Company to accomplish all tasks
  • Track all vehicle related information for reporting and allocation
  • New Hire Setup/Support and orientation
  • Manage all T&E related processes, up to clearing documents in our ERP system (SAP)
  • Manage all Concur related system changes as well as coordinate any issues/errors
  • Maintain tax tables in Concur and coordinate any changes
  • Serve as a backup for our Accounts Payable (within SAP)
What You Have Done

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organization and communication skills are a must
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with Concur and SAP is an asset
  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Payroll is an asset
