Simtab NEOS, a division of Richelieu Hardware is looking to fill a permanent daytime position as an
Inside Sales Representative at our office located in Laval.


Reporting to the Product Manager (Custom-made Doors Department), your role will be, among other things, to support the external sales force by providing administrative and operational support for all sales of goods made and to offer fast and efficient customer service of quality to external and internal customers, including the analysis of customer needs and the offer of our value-added solutions.


More specifically, the main responsibilities of a customer service representative (inside sales) are to:

  • Process customer orders and follow up until delivery.
  • Make quotes and send them to customers within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Manage requests for return of goods.
  • Work in close collaboration with the assigned territory representatives, in order to achieve the established objectives.

Job requirements:


  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of imperial and metric measurements an asset.
  • Having already worked in the field of cabinetmaking an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Who demonstrates rigor at work.
  • Who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • With strong sales skills and at learning new technologies.
  • Who is skilled in communication and teamwork.
  • Well organised.
  • Who has a good ability to manage priorities.
