Description
MGIS requires services of Staffing / HR Consultants to review and update Corporate Staffing policies, directives, guides and tools related to the corporate staffing program, and Appointment Delegation and Accountability Instrument (ADAI) as well as ensure that information is available through our intranet site.
Services/Deliverables
In line with the policies, act, rules, regulations, etc.
, the resources will provide support for the HR Manager:
- Develop policies, directives, guides and tools as well as a monitoring frame work and review the delegation instrument for the staffing component (forms, administrative practices for digital transformation, etc.).
- Verify and monitor of staffing files according to EC and PSC policies.
- Coach Junior Advisors.
- Develop the content of training sessions for subdelegated managers.
- Other corporate projects as specified by the Technical Authority.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Reliable or Secret level Government Security Clearance
- 3+ years of experience in staffing / human resource consulting
