RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership**:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the central services facilities, including but not limited to our sites in BC, AB, SK, MB & ON, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement operational processes and protocols to optimize efficiency and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Manage the P&L for the central services sites.
- Work collaboratively with the regional operations leadership team to manage the daytoday aspects of running these sites along with providing the bestinclass service to the stores as well as optimize the use of the central services facility.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the Central Services site leaders, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline to ensure best in class talent is being developed for future roles within our centralization teams.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.

Strategy & Business Development:
- Work collaboratively with business analytics, operations, pharmacy & finance team to build a medium
- Create a business development strategy to bid on new business (RFPs, B2B opportunities etc.) to integrate into the central fill facilities.
- Lead our automation strategy for the Company, ensuring our automation investments are aligned with our future growth strategy across the Company.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to all national, provincial, and local pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures to remain compliant with changing regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to guarantee the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.

Inventory & Supplier Management:
- Work with central services site leadership to oversee and manage inventory levels and procurement of pharmaceuticals and supplies, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing waste.
- Optimize vendors and supplier management across our central services sites to utilize our size and scale to optimize costs and drive consistency across the sites.

Technology Integration & Automation Strategy:
- Own and build an automation strategy for the Neighbourly network of stores.
- Collaborate with IT and pharmacy automation teams to implement and maintain cuttingedge technology solutions for central fill operations.
7.
Cost Control:
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for costsaving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
8.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive consistency and idea sharing across central services sites, leveraging the expertise of site leaders to problem solve and provide guidance to newer site locations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- A seasoned pharmacy leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership position.
- Experience leading a central fill facility and/or driving central services strategy in the pharmacy retail sector.
- Pharmacy degree is an asset.
