• Package takeout food, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim various foods
• Keep records of the quantities of food used, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat and finish simple food items, take customers' orders
• Place dishes in storage area, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, scour pots and pans, clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Operation of grill, conventional oven, electronic cash register, food dispensers, deep fryer, pizza oven
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, handle and store cleaning products, wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, remove kitchen garbage and trash, receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, load bus pans and trays, bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables, carrying and replace linen
• Communicate with Supervisor of any questions/issues/problems endured
• All other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

• High School Diploma or other Equivalencies will be considered
• Must possess strong organizational & time management skills
• Selfmotivated

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
