Manga Hotel Group is a Canadian company that focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing high quality hotels affiliated with renowned brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group. With 28 hotels, 15 food and beverage outlets, and multiple properties in the works, Manga Hotels is a key player in the industry.

As Manga Hotel Group grows, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and coordination among stakeholders involved in construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting senior staff with various tasks, such as communicating with subcontractors, recording meeting minutes, negotiating with contractors, and managing data
Preparing estimates, procuring materials, and following project specifications and drawings
Organizing work by gathering information, setting priorities, and creating construction schedules
Resolving issues by collecting and analyzing information
Conducting site visits for trade supervision and coordination
Documenting and communicating actions and needs among teams
Performing any other necessary duties to ensure project success and safety

Job Type: On-site, Full-time

Benefits: Extended health care

Schedule: Monday to Friday
