You will provide the highest level of professional services and operational support to our Saskatoon office and global division. You're a problem-solver, highly organized, have strong communication skills and have an excellent ability to build and maintain relationships. As an experienced professional with advanced thinking, digital and innovative mindset, who thrives effectively in a continually changing environment and is looking to be the trusted administrative assistant, we want to hear from you
Administrative Duties:
- Handling the calendars for the management team
- Providing administrative support to a variety of tasks both offsite and in the office including travel arrangements, events, meetings and conferences
- Generating travel and expense reports; accurately process invoices
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining sufficient stock
- Effectively communicating with employees and vendors daily
- Shipping and receiving office equipment
- Participating in occupational health and safety activities
- Handling personal and confidential information discretely
- Using MS Teams to set up conference calls and file sharing
- Looking for continuous improvements by suggesting process improvement
- Managing the smooth operation of the Saskatoon office
What will you need to succeed?
- Administrative assistant experience in a corporate setting
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Degree or diploma is ideal
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft: Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Having a car and being able to drive is a plus
- Being service oriented
- Efficient selfstarter with a demonstrated proactive approach in dealing with differing situations requiring searching for solutions, with an ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Highly organized and attentive to details
- Ability to prioritize complex deadlines under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work fulltime in person in our Saskatoon Innovation Place office
- Flexible hours, as required
