Baker (_full-time)_

~Sense of urgency and understanding of the nature of fast-paced bakeries

~Excited to work with dynamic ingredients and techniques

~Desires to work in an environment that prioritizes honest communication

~Able to acknowledge feedback and issues professionally

~Knowledge of basic baking techniques as well as an ability to execute recipes (with guidance)

~A belief in the need for ecological agriculture to become interwoven into food systems

~Ability to remain positive and focused under reasonable pressure

~Values teamwork / recognition that a team is strongest through collective effort of all its members

~Must have sourdough experience

Preferred requirements: 2+ years experience in a kitchen environment._

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 44 per week
