Our hybrid role empowers coaches to build their own coaching business with ease. You'll have everything you need to grow, including a ready-made training calendar, learning platform, and billing system. As a Real Estate Sales Coach, your primary responsibility is to develop new business funnels and provide support and guidance to real estate agents within the brokerages you serve.

You will work closely with agents, team leaders and broker-owners to help them improve their skills, develop their businesses, and increase their success in the real estate industry.

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Create long-term relationships with industry leaders
  • Conduct coaching sessions with agents to provide personalized support
  • Deliver training programs on sales techniques and business development
  • Help agents set and achieve sales goals, and track progress towards those goals
  • Provide feedback and constructive criticism to agents to help them improve their performance
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new technologies that may impact the real estate industry
  • Collaborate with other coaches and team leaders within the brokerage to develop and implement best practices

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Having earned a minimum of $300,000 gross commission in one calendar year (giving the ability to coach from experience)
  • Strong coaching and leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as business development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry changes

Salary:
$100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
