    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    ·Lead and execute procurement processes and negotiations for Indirect Sourcing at a cluster or country level by ensuring compliance with local and global guidelines, meeting business unit's needs, driving savings and building long-term relationships with suppliers.

    MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (may include the following and other duties may be assigned):

    ·Reporting and data analysis to facilitate decision-making processes.

    ·Lead and execute procurement processes and negotiations (Both tactical and strategic) for cluster or country specific spend.

    ·Represent Indirect Supply Management function within the Cluster, supporting local

    ·management in meeting their needs at the most cost efficient and effective way, mitigating (supply) risk and ensuring compliance to applicable (corporate) requirements, processes and guidelines.

    ·Deliver cost savings.

    ·Co-develop and implement sourcing strategies and plans within the cluster/country.

    ·Drive supplier consolidation and define preferred suppliers together with the internal stakeholders.

    • KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

    ·Degree in business management, finances, international business, industrial engineering, or related areas.

    ·Knowledge in strategic sourcing methodology, P2P process, bidding tendering processes (RFI, RFQ, RFQ, auctions) and contract implementation process.

    ·SAP/Ariba.

    ·MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), advanced Excel.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    ·Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in indirect sourcing in categories including facilities, supply chain, professional services, HR services, finance services, fleet, IT, outsourced services, consulting, among others

    ·Working experience in multinational, national companies of high recognition.

    ·Sourcing experience working in medical devices sector or related industries.

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

    ·Project management methodologies.

    ·Data management tools and methodology (PowerBI, others).
