The Civil Land Development Technologist II plays a key role in reviewing and approving new subdivisions and development across Cochrane. This involves evaluating engineering submissions for Subdivision applications and Development Permits, overseeing the CCC and FAC processes, and working closely with internal teams, developers, consultants, contractors to ensure projects meet municipal standards.

• Evaluating subdivision plans ensuring compliance with standards
