As a Software Sales Development Representative your key responsibilities will included:

  • Prospecting: You will proactively engage in outbound calling and react to incoming inquiries to book sales consultations.
  • Needs assessment: You will utilize effective questioning techniques to uncover customer needs and articulate the value of our solution offering. You will use insights to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Business planning: You will collaborate with customers to build strategic business plans that challenge them to implement gamechanging strategies.
  • Performance ownership: You will take full ownership of the new business performance in your assigned geographic territory, driving revenue growth through effective sales prospecting and lead generation strategies.
  • Sales performance: You will maintain sales performance KPIs in line with monthly targets, as outlined in your sales objectives.
  • Relationship building: You will build and maintain strong working relationships with highprofile dentist advocates and Henry Schein field sales colleagues in your region.
  • Thought leadership: You will attend trade shows and participate in webinars and presentations to customers, presenting Henry Schein One's thoughtleading messages and selling our solutions.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with the wider company to align with company goals and drive success.

Experience

  • Preferably University level education (and/or)
  • 2+ years in B2B software sales or telesales capacity
