Are you a video, graphic and website marketing expert with endless creativity and a passion for marketing and digital media? Do you find yourself constantly researching the latest trends, Hashtags, and coming up with ways to stand out from the competition?

Our company is My Condo Source; a top pre-construction real estate team in the GTA who's gotten to the top by never settling for anything less than the best.

We're looking for one motivated individual that wants to take what we've built and expand our brand even further.

Responsibilities

Digital media content creation and production
Maintain the company's social media accounts (Mailchimp, Instagram, YouTube, LinkTree, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook)
Assist in the administration of company social media accounts
Proactively seeking opportunities to improve and strengthen My Condo Source Brand
Engage with our followers across all platforms
Monitor analytics to identify areas of improvement & constantly provide ideas for growth
Create and edit Squarespace landing pages (from templates)

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (proper spelling and grammar is paramount)
Understanding of social media best practices
Ability to create and edit professional style videos
Knowledgeable of social media platforms, including how to grow user base through tagging, interacting with prospective customers
Know what it takes to make a great post/story/reel/etc.
High attention to detail and excellence
Passion and experience in the field of content creation
Thorough working knowledge photo editing software (Photoshop / Canva / Lightroom)
Some basic website editing skills (we use Squarespace)
