Dilawri ON Regional is currently looking to fill the position of an
Accounts Payable Administrator.

Essential Duties:

Sorting, coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system
Verify and match invoices to purchase orders
Process biweekly ondemand cheques
Process monthly cheque run
Process monthly business office remittances
Reconcile vendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
Reconcile electronic transfer payments account
Reconcile sublet and payables schedules
Filing
Other duties as assigned by management

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle
Accounts Payable related duties
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be extremely organized and detailoriented
Be selfmotivated and proactive
Ability to handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Positive attitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization
Automotive Experience would be an asset
CDK experience would be an asset
