    Job title: Sous Chef| Saint John Trade

    Description

    As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of our culinary operations. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to oversee the direction of our kitchen's daily activities.

    The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in similar position in an banquet, hotel or convention center setting with prior supervisory experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise all line set-up, prep and breakdown activities.
    • Supervise all buffet, beverage, break, and carving table set-up and breakdown.

    We require candidates who can work well under pressure while maintaining high standards for food quality,safety sanitation through efficient kitchen procedures.Candidates must also possess strong communication skills especially when communicating with staff regarding assignments.
