    Description

    Reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle and Automotive Assortment Support, the Auto Assortment Support Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver analytical and operational activities in support of the Automotive business strategy.

    What you'll do:

  • Work with key stakeholder groups including Category Business Managers, Line Review Operations team, Finance, Supply Chain and Automotive vendors to manage and execute the processes required to facilitate the forward and reverse flow of auto parts
  • Provide frontline support to Canadian Tire Dealers, Parts Managers and Automotive Business Support Managers (ABSM's) in the execution of Automotive Assortments
  • Manage deliverables (operational and project tasks) within the given timelines
  • Provide analytical support in the development of assortment reporting
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly assortment analysis and reporting as required
  • Create and deliver store communication materials to support the delivery of store specific assortments
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, team members and cross functional teams to document new processes and tools and to streamline, improve and document existing processes as required
  • Manage ad hoc requests and/or inquiries as required
  • What you bring:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in Business
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and prioritize to meet business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to move initiatives forward through collaboration and influence while fostering positive relationships across various stakeholder groups
  • Open to new graduates
  • Competent in MS Excel, Word and Access
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset
  • Hybrid
