Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth across various markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in sales and customer service to achieve company goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development and effective sales techniques.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels, telemarketing, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop business strategies for expanding into new markets or segments, including technology sales and inside sales initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product developments to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and inside sales processes.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to develop business relationships, demonstrate product value propositions effectively, and handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $34,400.00-$135,838.05 per year
