Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team In this role you will become a master in the attraction, engagement, and hiring of talent for our diverse business divisions. This position is responsible for piloting recruitment efforts for critical roles throughout Gallagher's brokerage.

The

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate Executive Presence and professional maturity
Mastery across Gallagher's TA Systems and TA tools
Independently conducting quarterly business reviews and developing comprehensive TA strategy for your client groups
Developing and managing relationships outside of TA org and across multiple divisions
Leading process improvement projects and being a champion for change
Demonstrate Proficiency in Gallagher as an organization and the talent landscape
Collaborate with team members to build and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Carry a requisition load, conduct interviews and be ready to roll up your sleeves to help the team recruit top talent.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of relevant recruiting experience. Insurance industry recruiting preferred.
Minimum 3 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM)
Strong relationship building, negotiation and time management skills
Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment
