Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team In this role you will become a master in the attraction, engagement, and hiring of talent for our diverse business divisions. This position is responsible for piloting recruitment efforts for critical roles throughout Gallagher's brokerage.

Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate Executive Presence and professional maturity
  • Mastery across Gallagher's TA Systems and TA tools
  • Independently conducting quarterly business reviews and developing comprehensive TA strategy for your client groups
  • Developing and managing relationships outside of TA org and across multiple divisions
  • Leading process improvement projects and being a champion for change
  • Demonstrate Proficiency in Gallagher as an organization and the talent landscape
  • Collaborate with team members to build and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Carry a requisition load, conduct interviews and be ready to roll up your sleeves to help the team recruit top talent.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant recruiting experience. Insurance industry recruiting preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM)
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and time management skills
  • Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment
