Job summary
As Global Director of Marketing Operations for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will play a critical role in operationalizing the brand's global marketing strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class guest experiences across our portfolio of nearly 100 hotels.
- You will lead the execution of global brand partnerships and guest-facing activations.
- You will work in close partnership with the Global Director of Partnerships and Brand team to translate strategic collaborations into fully realized, on-property experiences that reflect Fairmont's heritage, brand pillars, and commitment to luxury service.
- You will serve as the central orchestrator of execution excellence - building processes, toolkits, and operational frameworks that empower regional and property teams to deliver consistently exceptional experiences.
