Job summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties in support food service operations at various city facilities.- Supervision of part time staff (Licensed Servers, Event/Banquet Coordinators, and Concession Coordinators) including recruiting,scheduling,traning supervising evaluating as well as day to day functional guidance.
- Ensure appropriate financial and statistical records are maintained for food services including the preparation of weekly revenue reportsand the auditing of daily revenue reports.
- Understand Corporate cash handling policiesand proceduresand ensure that they are implementedandmaintained.
