We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as Sales Associate.

Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, you will assist with sales for our customers throughout North America.

We have extensive customers in Quebec; French language proficiency is a strong asset.


What You Will Do

• Serve customers by providing building relationships, giving quotes, obtaining orders, and providing excellent aftersales customer service
• Assist with french translation for technical support
• Take the lead on marketing efforts, drafting and implementing a marketing plan
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in both English and French (mandatory).
• Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
• Certificate/Diploma in a field related to sales is preferred
• 1 year experience in sales is preferred;
• Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• A high degree of business professionalism, including the ability to effectively liaise and communicate with multiple stakeholders;
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently; and
• Ability to adapt to and learn new software
