Purpose:

As a member of the Digital and Innovation team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, rotating through different teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed
Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisionmaking
Assist in creating and preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other business activities
Provide general administrative support to managers and staff as needed
Assist in managing various projects and initiatives as assigned
Support the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

Skills & Qualifications/Program:

Currently enrolled in 2nd year or higher for bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with database management and data analysis preferred
Knowledge of business principles and practices
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic

This is a full-time student position with a minimum commitment of 16 weeks.

The Business Analyst Student will work closely with experienced managers and will have opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
