Description

• Manual stripping, crimping and testing of wire harnesses
• Assembly of multiconductor cables using various connectors
• Thru-Hole soldering of components with wires
• Packing and labeling of wire kits
• Operation of semiautomatic wire cutting and stripping machine
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient with the use of hand tools such as rachet crimpers, automatic strippers, wire cutters and dismantling knife
• Attention to details is must
• Familiarity with Electrical/Electronics theoretical concepts
• Ability to work from samples and drawings
• Experience with soldering
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in timely manner
• Previous professional experience with wire harness/cable assemblies will be asset
