Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Editor who can create modern short-form caption templates (TikTok / Reels / Shorts style).
Important:
Templates will be built in After Effects
Final deliverables must be fully editable inside Adobe Premiere Pro
Editors on our team must be able to modify text, fonts, colors, and positioning directly in Premiere via Essential Graphics.
The goal is to build a scalable caption system for high-volume short-form content.Responsibilities
Template Creation (After Effects)
Design and build 10–15 unique caption styles
Create modern, high-energy short-form animations
Ensure strong readability on mobile
Follow social media best practices (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
Premiere Pro Integration
You must:
Properly set up Essential Graphics controls
Export clean .mogrt files
Ensure templates are 100% editable in Premiere Pro
Optimize for fast editing workflow
Required Editable Controls in Premiere
Each template must allow:
Text editing
Font customization
Color changes
Size and position adjustments
Easy duplication for batch editing
Our editors should NOT need After Effects for daily use.

Strong Adobe Premiere Pro workflow knowledge
Deep understanding of Essential Graphics / .mogrt workflow
Experience with short-form social content

Understanding of high-volume editing pipelines
TikTok/Reels portfolio
