Responsibilities Include:

Repair and/or replace structural and nonstructural panels as listed on the repair estimate in an efficient manner.
Removal of exterior and interior trim required for paint.
Understand and participate in vehicle repair plan and production meetings.
Follow and comply with all O.E.M. procedures and guidelines.
Use of electronic diagnostics equipment for pre & post repair scans.
Communicate with paint and managing departments to ensure seamless repair flow.
Report any hidden and unforeseen damages to managing staff for additional repairs for review.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, including the use of PPE and proper vehicle protection throughout repair.
