    What You'll be Doing

    • Collaborate with a team to ensure Production Facilities are well-equipped with the right products at the right time.
    • Create purchase orders following best practices to support production plans.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally to guarantee inventory availability for just-in-time production.
    • Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal warehouse, resolving inventory and delivery issues promptly.
    • Support the product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Identify and address risks related to inventory and supplier capacity, providing solutions and recommendations.
    • Suggest suitable SKU substitutions and handle the approval process efficiently.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
    • Maintain Fresh Prep's quality standards and address non-compliance effectively.
    • Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving for weekly KPI reporting.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and system enhancements.
    • Ensure data accuracy and support system implementations.
    • Facilitate training for new team members and perform other assigned duties.

    What We Are Looking For

    • 1-3 years of experience in Planning, Buying, or Inventory Management, preferably in the grocery or foodservice industry.
    • Supply Chain certification or related diploma is a plus.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Attention to detail and high accuracy level.
    • Analytical thinking and planning abilities.
    • Capability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
