We are urgently hiring Security guards in Toronto with Secret Clearance only.

In Shield Security Services we work together to provide a safer and more peaceful environment for people and our customers.

The security industry has changed tremendously in the past few years. Hiring practices have changed and overly aggressive styles of operation are no longer in favour.

Instead, the objective is to hire and train security staff who demonstrate a more polite and professional approach to security, while still providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Responding to security and enforcement-related incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Be the lead enforcement resource for issues related to social disorder, trespassing and encampments. Enforcing facility rules, municipal bylaws, and Provincial Statues. Conducting frequent mobile and foot patrols in assigned areas and facilities. Problem-solving through social development.

Minimum requirements

Having Secret Clearance
Preference gives to who has a valid Ontario Security Guard's License (Free training may be provided for eligible people who are interested in this position)
Must be comfortable standing for an extended period if the job requires
Bilingual : Fluent in English and French
Having experience in Security (preferred)
Working with professional manner and outstanding customer service skills
Reliable and responsible
