Description

• Facilitate the movement of goods by coordinating with carriers, drivers, and other logistics partners.
• Negotiate and secure transportation services, ensuring costeffectiveness and timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments to provide realtime updates to customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about shipments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and transportation partners.

• Efficiently allocate and schedule transportation resources to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with drivers and carriers to optimize delivery routes and ensure ontime performance.
• Handle lastminute changes or disruptions, finding swift solutions to maintain service levels.

• Order-Entry using Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Upload documents related to shipments
• Manage Client Portals with timely updates to keep our clients informed of shipment status.

• 23 experience in transportation coordination, dispatching, and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, routes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and related tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar role is highly desirable.
