Sales Account Manager Overview- Responsible for selling the company's products through the direct, distribution/retail sales channel (sales to distributors/dealers/agents or sales to retailers), OEM, or VAR sales channel on an account, product, national or geographic basis.

(Quebec and Eastern Canada)- Creates awareness and demand for company products.

Customers may be geographic or named accounts.- Designs, develops, and implements sales (business) plans to support profitability across all market sectors.- Individually work with Business Managers and Sales Director to relay key account details to the team while developing a robust business plan that is reflected in our PSI, is monitored on a weekly basis, and directional changes are applied for progress and/or correction (PDCA).

- Work inside a small team with a director overseeing the overall direction while the team provides feedback (purchase / sales / inventory) to enable the management of the total country- Key point of contact for accounts and responsible to resolve any issues or escalate in a proactive way- Fulfill the company's purpose while bringing the values of company to life in our go-to-market plans

Job Profile Summary- Typically requires a college or university degree Requires in-depth knowledge and experience (3+ years National sales or account management)- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff, and continuously improves skills while mentoring others- Solves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist; takes a new perspective using existing solutions, uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes- Works independently / independent learner with an aptitude for details as our product lines are extensive and change frequently while introducing new technologies to market

Business Support- Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on the job experience- Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others- Leads a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are often routine- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices, solves problems of a recurring nature- Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications- Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems


Minimum Requirements- 3+ years of direct purchase, sales, inventory plan management in a buying or selling roll (full forecast responsibility / PSI control).

- Excellent excel and data analysis skills- Strong interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $83,000 to $111,000.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.


In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
