Account Manager**
Summary:As a key member of the PatientSERV team the Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

This individual is diligent, prudent, possesses a strong bias for action & builds relationships easily.

The Account Manager is the key point of contact speaking with physicians and their staff regularly about the PatientSERV program with the goal of fostering & maintaining a positive and successful long-term relationship.

Responsible for knowing the PatientSERV value proposition, the Account Manager effectively relays the benefits derived through enrollment to potential clients.

This role is a primary interface with physicians/clinics and charged with assisting them manage the ever-changing environment of uninsured services.


Responsibilities Overview:


  • Serve as main point of contact and responsible for strategic account planning & overall relationship management for physician offices/clinics within Ontario.
  • Oversee resolution of daytoday business issues ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations and maximizes client engagement.
  • Perform product training functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to physicians to set fee structure for services rendered beyond the scope of those covered by provincial Medicare programs.
  • Identify product improvement needs based on client requirements.
  • Notify clients of product enhancement and/or releases that changes services or enhances functionalities.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding process effectively partnering & engaging with departmental leadership & their teams.
  • Regularly meet with physicians and teams to develop and continually grow the relationship between PatientSERV and clinic.
  • Schedule & coordinate Physician Office/Clinic Staff training
  • Monitor & support Physician engagement with a view to renewal of annual contracts & reinforcing value of sustaining relationship.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews/reports for both clients and internal PatientSERV team.
  • Coordinate future physician contract updates as required.
  • All other duties as required or requested by General Manager.

Required Education, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Selfstarter eager to learn and grow with a fastpaced company.
  • A track record of retaining and growing accounts under a recurring revenue model.
  • Demonstrated success working with a technical product and data analyzation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and proven ability to effectively communicate product information.
  • Results driven with the ability to prioritize tasks & consistently demonstrate a relentless commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Active listener with effective communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, employing excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Experience with client relationship management platforms.
  • Prior experience in all aspects of sales strategies and business performance goals.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in healthcare or related industry.
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
