About the Role
As the Associate Director responsible for the Social Enterprise at SFU's Morris J.

Wosk Centre for Dialogue, you will design and deliver public participation projects funded by grants and government clients while maximizing social impact and ensuring ongoing financial sustainability.

This position will combine the hard work and pragmatism of a consulting practice with the satisfaction of facilitating meaningful participation by those residents and groups most impacted by policy issues.

Parking you own political beliefs will be essential as you hold space for others to express diverse viewpoints.

Please note:

While the formal job description maintained by SFU HR for this position uses the title "Manager", the operational title for this position used for all public-facing communications is "Associate Director" to maintain consistency with comparable titles and positions at the Centre for Dialogue.
