Description

As part of this role, you will be:

Managing front desk
Developing and training team members ensuring they are up to date with treatment protocols, products, sales techniques
Reviewing and amending the seasonal promotions
Overseeing and assisting the administrative team
Establishing and maintaining backbar inventory
Providing exceptional client service
Overseeing the retail lounge and assisting clients with skincare inquiries

Skills Required:

Must have previous experience working in a similar role within a spa or aesthetic clinic
2 yrs experience in a leadership role
